Shipping
Since ThermoPro provides services (not physical products), there are no shipping or delivery charges. All insulation services are provided at the client’s site as per the agreed project plan.
Returns & Refunds
As our offerings are customized services, returns do not apply. However:
- If a project has not yet started, clients may cancel and request a full refund.
- If work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the stage of completion and expenses incurred.
Service Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you face any issues after project completion, contact us within 14 days, and we will address your concern.
